Mission & Values

With broad participation from women across many fields and specialities, WIM Argentina takes on the challenge of supporting and accelerating the transformation of the mining industry into a diverse, equitable and increasingly competitive sector.

Our Principles

  • Sustain an ongoing dialogue and offer analysis and solutions that advance mining development

  • Build consensus and a productive group dynamic when acting in WIM’s name and on behalf of all women in mining
